The REFMATE is the Digital Manifold for the professional refrigeration engineer. It communicates wirelessly with temperature clamps, vacuum gauge, pressure gauges, and the scale, and documents all measured values in the device during long-term measurements. All data can be interpreted and displayed via the app REFMESH. The latest refrigerant and firmware updates can be easily installed via PC.

- Do your REFMESH products connect directly to the App?Copy link
Yes, all REFMESCH products can be directly connected from the App. The exception is the TRITECTOR. However, for a stable connection, we recommend connecting all products from the REFMATE and then connecting the REFMATE from the App.
- Is the REFMATE updatable for new refrigerants?Copy link
Yes, REFCO provides all refrigerants and updates free of charge. The new refrigerants are made available through the REFMESH app (Settings --> REFCO Device Updates).
- Correct installation for target superheat measurementCopy link
The following items are required for a correct target superhaet measurement:
1. REFMATE
2. 2x REFCLAMP
3. 1x K-TYPE-SENSOR
The correct installation can be found in the images.
- Why does REFCO use batteries instead of rechargeable batteries in their products?Copy link
All our REFMESH products can be battery-operated. They require 1.5V AA or AAA batteries. We deliberately avoid using rechargeable batteries since they need to be charged before a device can be used when depleted. Most service technicians have batteries on hand or can purchase them nearby. For long-term measurements, REFCO devices can also be operated with an external power source via the USB interface. The exceptions here are the REFCLAMP devices.
