Why does the vacuum value increase / do I loose the high vacuum when the pump is switched off? Is the REFVAC-RC leaking?
Plug connectors, adapters, vacuum hoses, access valves and non-return valves of the vacuum pump are pressure-resistant, but not absolutely vacuum-tight. This is usually the reason for the slow vacuum loss after switching off the vacuum pump.

Do your REFMESH products connect directly to the App?
Yes, all REFMESCH products can be directly connected from the App. The exception is the TRITECTOR. However, for a stable connection, we recommend connecting all products from the REFMATE and then connecting the REFMATE from the App.
